The crack resistance of reinforced concrete structures

Также не последнюю роль при этом играют конструкционные формы и размеры самого строения.

Кроме этого, стоит принять во внимание и технологию изготовления цемента. Материал, обладающий небольшой скоростью затвердевания, гораздо реже способствует появлению трещин. Именно поэтому вопрос, касающийся определения трещиностойкости, является по большому счету комплексным, требующим многостороннего процесса исследования.

Способы повышения трещиностойкости бетона

Достаточно опасным признаком является появление даже минимальных трещин на бетонных конструкциях. Мелкие разрушения могут привести к осыпанию цемента и оголению арматуры. Как следствие этого, появляется коррозия, которая провоцирует дальнейшие разрушения. Сделать бетон прочнее можно, применяя следующие методы:

- добавление в смесь особых добавок укрепляющего характера;
- омагничивание воды;
- пересмотр состава бетона;
- железнение поверхности
– создание специального защитного слоя, который не дает появляться мелким трещинам;
- формирование наиболее подходящей для определенного случая структуры бетона.

Главной задачей при выборе оптимального состава является способность найти необходимое соотношение компонентов, благодаря чему бетонная конструкция будет максимально прочной.

Если же трещина все же появилась

Прежде, чем приступать к ремонту бетонных конструкций, следует определить причину появления трещин. Сами же восстановительные работы можно разделить на два типа:

- ремонт и устранение конструкционных недостатков;
- возведение новых конструкций, полноценно заменяющих поврежденные.

Следует отметить, что в данном случае наиболее оптимальным способом устранения трещин является метод инъекцирования. В проблемную зону под давлением нагнетают специальный раствор. Если нужно восстановить защитный слой, то тогда применяется метод торкерирования. В данном случае заранее готовится специальная строительная смесь, которая наносится под давлением на подготовленную поверхность.

Если же неполадки возникают в результате дефектов грунта, то в этом случае необходимо как можно быстрее решать эту проблему, усилив или стабилизировав основание.
